Some recent profile photos.. I am still seeing slight changes but nothing major anymore. My bite is improving even more with my new elastic configuration. I only wear them at night now, but they seem to be really doing their job. I still struggle somewhat with my new appearance. At times I love it and at others times not so much... I REALLY WANT these BRACES OFF NOW! but I must wait till 12th December! Hoping the time goes super quick...
Rhianna, I know it must be hard to get used to a new face, because your face is such an intimate part of yourself. But you look absolutely beautiful! (You did before, too, but your features are much more relaxed and natural now).
ReplyDeleteYou look beautiful, really!! Congrats on your de-bracing date! Can't wait to see the final results! :-)
ReplyDeleteYou're such a hottie!! I can see a difference even from the last time you posted pictures!! I love seeing your updates!!
ReplyDeleteYou are sooo pretty! Seriously girl, your profile is to die for! :-D I completely agree with Terra. You ARE such a hottie!
ReplyDeleteRhianna, you are so beautiful in these pics! And I love your hair! Are things pretty much back to normal now as far as your daily routine? Any numbness at this point? Debracing December 12 - wow that's 4 days before my surgery and so soon after your surgery. You must be so happy! I look forward to checking in and seeing your new smile, sans braces!!
ReplyDeleteThanks guys! You make me want to smile more with your lovely comments! Tara, I am back to normal routine but still struggle with some things! I have a patch of massive numbness on the right side of my cheek, just feels puffy and stiff... very annoying. The other side is completely fine! There is still slight numbness in areas of my chin. I feel like it should all be gone by now, but I guess I'm still only 4 months out if surgery and I've been told it can take up to a year for it all to completely vanish! I have NO pain in my tmj's when waking up or headaches which is a complete blessing! I don't think I am grinding anymore either :) I can rub my lips together but it's still somewhat stiff! I have fairly small lips, so puckering them still looks funny :S
ReplyDeleteI cannot wait to get my braces off.. It will be just over 6mths post op with them on which was always the original plan. My ortho has been great with keeping on track 100% with everything!
I am really looking forward to following you as you soon go in for surgery! Will be thinking off you and cheering you on! Thanks for your support! :) xo
You look so beautiful! I know what you mean about the appearance war with sometimes liking it and sometimes not. Trust me though - you're stunning! Things are really settling into the "finished product" really nicely. And don't worry - debracing day will be here before you know it, and then you can really show off! I'm excited for you :) Be well!
